New Product - Fabric Printing is Available!

It's finally here!

You've asked, we listened, and now we finally have it: dye-sublimated fabric printing is now available!

Using our Epson SureColor, we can now print your graphics and images in stunning, vivid color, and sublimate them onto your choice of 5 different kinds of fabric. Through heat and pressure, the inks are absorbed into the very threads of the synthetic fibres, dye-ing them directly. This ensures that the printed graphic will not flake off, as the colors have been infused into the fabric itself. Perfect for branding T-Shirts, athletic wear, patterned quilts and dresses, pillows, and banners!

Polyester Twill	100% polyester	220 gsm	no special properties	bags, banners, shorts, pants and tablecloth

Please note that we do not print on cotton materials (or any third party supplied material), as the dye-sublimation process can only work on synthetic polyester. This is due to the lack of pores found in natural materials such as cotton; without the pores, the inks would not be able to saturate into the fabric.

Please also note that the cartridges do not use white ink, and that any white in the original image will be the colour of the substrate onto which the dye ink is transferred.
